Description
In the last 20 years, the number of adults diagnosed with diabetes has more than doubled (CDC). If you have diabetes, we invite you, your family, friends, and caregivers to join this program to help you live a healthier life. In these interactive sessions, you will learn skills to better manage diabetes by monitoring blood sugar, managing stress and emotions, eating healthy, and moving your body.
Registration is required and is subject to a minimum number of registrations and participants. Once registration closes, you will receive a link for this workshop.
This program is a condensed version of the Diabetes Self-Management Program.
Technology requirements: Internet access, computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with video, microphone, and speaker capabilities.
