Walk with a Doc

Walk With a Doc is a national program bringing clinicians and community members together outside of a doctor’s office to promote better health. Participants will take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a TGH medical expert, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk.

Walk With a Doc is a national program bringing clinicians and community members together outside of a doctor’s office to promote better health. TampaWell and AARP Tampa Bay are bringing the program to Tampa Bay.

The walks will be the 2nd Saturday of each month from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM. The walks are for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. Participants will take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a TGH medical expert, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk.
