Positive Self-Management Program (HIV)
Positive Self-Managment is an interactive workshop designed to introduce participants and their caregivers to techniques that will help deal with ongoing issues associated with HIV.
Description
The Positive Self-Management Program (HIV) is a highly participatory group workshop that builds the participants' abilities to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
Anyone living with HIV, their caregivers, partners, or concerned family and friends are encouraged to join this program to learn techniques, skills, and lifestyle changes that can help with ongoing difficulties associated with HIV and better manage their overall health.
This workshop will not conflict with existing programs or treatment. Tt is designed to enhance regular treatment and provide HIV-specific education. Seating is limited and registration is required.
Technology requirements: internet access, computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone with video and speaker capabilities, ability to access the internet and Microsoft Teams in browser or app.
