TGH offers free access to tobacco cessation programs! The Tools to Quit and Quit Smoking Now programs are designed to help participants prepare for quitting and develop skills to manage nicotine cravings and triggers.

Walk With a Doc is a national program bringing clinicians and community members together outside of a doctor’s office to promote better health. Participants will take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a TGH medical expert, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk.
