If you are an adult living with diabetes, we invite you, along with your family, friends, and caregivers, to join us for a workshop series aimed at helping you live a healthier life.
Description
Over the past 20 years, the number of adults diagnosed with diabetes has more than doubled (CDC). If you are an adult living with diabetes, we invite you, along with your family, friends, and caregivers, to join us for a workshop series aimed at helping you live a healthier life. In these interactive and highly participative sessions, you will learn valuable skills for managing diabetes. Activities will include monitoring blood sugar, managing stress and emotions, eating healthier, and exercising.
Registration is required for this six-week group class. This program is subject to minimum registration and attendee fidelity guidelines.

Technology requirements: internet access and a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with video camera, microphone, and speaker capabilities.
