Description
If you're a caregiver, you know the rewards and challenges of this role. The stresses and overwhelming emotions can often be a lot to handle. The "Powerful Tools for Caregivers of Adults" program is designed to provide you with the tools and skills necessary for self-care, which is just as important as caring for your loved one.
You will learn how to identify and manage the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that family caregiving can present. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other caregivers who may be experiencing similar feelings and challenges.
Please note that this program is exclusively for caregivers and not for the care receivers. Seating is limited, and registration is required.
