During the Hybrid e-Class: Labor & Birth Preparation, you will have the opportunity for a combined learning experience.

Designed for new parents, grandparents or caregivers of an infant or child, this class covers safety, choking emergencies and CPR.

This five-week course is broken down to five 2-hour classes. Each class focuses on bonding, respect, massage techniques, and benefits of infant massage.

This comprehensive four-week class prepares expectant mothers and their partner for all aspects of labor, birth and the postpartum experience.

This 2 ½ hour fun and informative class is for couples that have had a previous birth and are looking for empowerment to have a better birth experience.

This class is a 2 week course that will help navigate your new baby. The first week will cover birth through your hospital stay. The second week will cover various tips and guides to get through the next 3 months.

Many new mothers go back to work within a scheduled timeframe, while mothers who are staying home may want to pump and store milk for occasions that require them to miss a feeding.

Boot Camp for New Moms discusses taking care of yourself as a new mom, how hormones can affect your thinking and actions, adjusting to going back to work or staying at home, breastfeeding realities and challenges, what new dads are going through and how you can bring out the best in your partner.
