Eat Smart, Live Strong is geared towards a senior population of 59+ and is four sessions (approximately 45-60 minutes in length each). The program discusses ways in which seniors can improve their overall nutrition by incorporating more lean protein, dairy, fruits, and vegetables, and can increase their activity level for a "stronger" life inside and out!
