A movement program for all levels. These movements can be performed standing and seated. They incorporate breathing techniques, posture, balance, and modified Tai Chi and Qigong.
This mindful class is designed to help anyone improve their overall health. It is particularly beneficial for those with any type of chronic conditions, stress, or balance issues. Some of the class elements include enhanced breathing, posture, balance, flexibility, modified Tai Chi movements, and healing Qigong. The program is easy to follow, can be performed standing or seated, and is geared towards beginners and all levels who want to learn about and practice calming health improvement techniques.
A waiver must be completed prior to starting this program. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.
